Shipping Times and Policies
The standard turn around for in-stock items is 48-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All items are subject to availability. Custom engraving orders will require up to an extra week to process.

Shipping Prices
All items are shipped via UPS. You can select from Ground, 3-day, 2-day or Overnight at checkout. Prices are based on weight of your item(s) and the destination according to UPS real-time rates.

Refund, Return and Cancellation
You may return undamaged merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or charge credit. *Engraved orders are not returnable. Please contact us immediately via email at info@apresentshop.com if you wish to return or exchange your product and we will supply you with directions on how to do so and a return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return items must have pre-paid shipping: COD packages will not be accepted for return. Returns and exchanges will be processed upon arrival. Please allow up to 30 days for charge credits to appear on your billing statement.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately via email with "CANCEL ORDER" in subject line. We will always do our best to cancel your order, however if the item has shipped please refer to our return policy.

Engraving
A Present Shop is proud to offer custom engraving on many of our gifts! This is an excellent way to add a personal touch to your present for that special someone or to brand corporate gifts. Please see our Engraving section, located at the bottom of the left navigation bar on our homepage, for more information. Engraved items are final sale and non-refundable. All engraving orders are subject to an initial set up fee.

Volume Discounts / Corporate Program
We offer discounts on orders of 5+ quantities of the same item. Discount is a percentage of the total sale. Please contact us for more details. Volume discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.
